Terms of Service
Around here, we’re from the old school, if we say it, you can count on it!
However, times have changed, we put everything in writing for your protection as well as ours. We don’t do tele-marketing or massive direct mail campaigns. When you contact us for services we will send an industry seasoned, agri-licensed representative to review and inspect your property with you. They will then send you their recommendations in a written contract form. We don’t use postcards or verbal phone orders to initiate your service.
Your contract will be generated specifically for your property. (no fill in the blank forms) Within the treatment descriptions you will find an accurate measurement of the area to be treated, the approximate timing and the products to be used on your property. Additional pesticide information is available here under the tab ”REFERENCE” _ _ “LABELS & MSDS”.
Unless otherwise arranged, payment for residential services is by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER CARD. For additional terms & conditions please view the attached pdf.

Annual Renewals: In order to maintain the beauty and health of your landscape plants and lawn, many of the treatments we recommend should be scheduled on an annual basis. We take the worry out of protecting your property by determining what treatments should be set-up each season and send a detailed program schedule for the coming season in mid-February. This listing will accompany our winter newsletter which reviews the past season, introduces new products, services and techniques and internal happenings at SPS. It is important for you to review these documents as quickly as possible and call our office should you wish to make changes on your schedule. Should circumstances dictate change and you wish to cancel services in their entirety, please, call or write our office immediately. We will confirm all total or partial cancellations in writing. Your failure to cancel any unwanted services may result in treatments being made that you didn’t want, however, will be responsible for paying.
